1.     Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2.     Upon Your discovery of the fault with the goods, You should cease using the goods and contact Razed at info@razedproducts.com.au or by post at 14 Monomeeth Drive, Mitcham Victoria 3132, detailing the defect in the goods.

3.     Depending on the fault with Your goods, we will either:

a.     replace the goods for You; or

b.    repair the goods for You; or

c.    provide You with a full refund if the item that You ordered is no longer available or in stock.

4.     In the event that You:

a.    receive goods that are otherwise of acceptable quality to You but arrive missing and/or damaged component part(s); and

b.   advise Razed in writing to info@razedproducts.com.au within two (2) business days of the delivery date of the relevant missing component part(s); and

c.    where the component part(s) are damaged – You provide photographic evidence of the damaged part(s)

Razed will provide replacements of the missing component part(s) to You at no cost.
