INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.     Razed shall retain the copyright in all drawings of any products produced for You unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.     If You provide Razed with any specifications, designs or drawings for the production or manufacture of any item or items then You hereby warrant that the use of these designs, drawing or specifications will not infringe any third party’s rights and You hereby indemnify Razed against any claims, demands, suits, or actions in relation thereto.
