RETURNS

1.     Razed will accept return of goods on a change of mind basis on the following provisos:

a.     You contact Razed at info@razedproducts.com.au within fourteen (14) days of delivery of Your order to advise Your intention to return the goods; and

b.     the goods:

i.       remain in their original packaging (including all parts and accessories) and in brand new condition; and

ii.     are returned to Razed by registered or tracked post or courier (with the costs of such return to be borne by You)

2.     You acknowledge that Razed are:

a.    not bound to accept change of mind return unless You strictly comply with Clause 1 above; and

b.    not responsible for any goods lost in transit and not otherwise received by Razed in accordance with Clause 1 above.
